The Seller Rewards Program is a monthly rewards program for sellers advertising on noon. Each month you get personalised spend targets. As your ad spend grows and you cross a target, you unlock a higher tier — and earn cashback on your entire ad spend for the month, paid to you as ad credits you can put back into advertising. There are three tiers, worth up to 20% back.

What the program is
It's a tiered monthly rewards program. Every seller has three personal spend targets for the month. Reaching a target unlocks a cashback tier:

Your targets are personal to you and are shown in Ad Manager. The reward is labelled cashback and paid as ad credits for use on future noon ads campaigns.
What it aims to do
The program is designed to reward sellers who invest in growing on noon. In short, it aims to:
Reward growth: give more back to sellers as they scale their advertising.
Reward everyone fairly: targets are personal, so sellers of every size have a real shot at the top tier.
Fuel more advertising: rewards come back as ad credits, so you can reinvest and keep growing.
Keep it simple and transparent: your tier, your progress and your earnings are all visible in Ad Manager.
How it works
1. Targets set per seller. Every seller gets three monthly spend targets matched to their own potential — not one flat goal for everyone.
2. Unlock tiers as you spend. Cross a target during the month to unlock that tier. The three tiers pay 10%, 15% and 20%.
3. Cashback as ad credits on your total spend. When you reach a tier, a percentage of your total spend for that month is given back to you as ad credits.
4. Move up, and your whole spend re-rates. If you cross each tier, your percentage for cashback increases, meaning the more you spend, the more you get back.

Let's say your three monthly targets are 800 (Target 1), 1200 (Target 2) and 1600 (Target 3), in your market's currency. These numbers are illustrative — your real targets appear in Ad Manager.

How and when you're rewarded
Reward type: ad credits you can spend on future noon ads campaigns.
How much: 10%, 15% or 20% of your monthly ad spend, based on the highest tier you reach.
When: credited within the first 10 days of the following month.
Starting point: you begin earning once you reach Target 1 — there's no cashback below Tier 1.

Who's eligible: active sellers advertising on noon ads who meet the minimum spend threshold for their market and aren't already in another promotional program.
Program period: this is a monthly program. Targets and tiers reset at the start of each month, so there's a fresh opportunity every month.
What counts as spend: your ad spend on noon.

You can see your current tier, how close you are to your next target, and the cashback you've earned so far — all in Ad Manager. Log in to your seller account and open Ad Manager.
