Why am I getting an access error to ad manager?
If you are unable to view Ad Manager, kindly disable your Adblocker  or any security / antivirus software and try again. Also try logging from a different browser or try opening the Ad Manager in incognito mode. If the issue persists, please contact adsupport@noon.com.

How to pause a campaign?

To stop your campaign, please follow these steps:

  • Locate the three dots on the right side of the campaign

  • Hover over the dots and select "Pause"

  • Once the status changes to "Paused" the campaign is stopped

How to troubleshoot banner rejection?
If your campaign is rejected, you'll want to make the requested edits to your ad. After you update the ad, you must resubmit it for review. Please review our creative guidelines for display ads and brands ads to take the necessary corrective actions.
How to troubleshoot daily budget exhaustion?
  • To fix your campaign, please follow these steps:

    • Select the campaign with status “Budget Exhausted

    • Locate the three dots on the right side of the campaign

    • Hover over the dots and select "Edit"

    • In the budget details section, we recommend starting with a 40% increase on the current daily budget and modifying it based on campaign performance.

Why do some SKUs do not appear in search?
Based on your budget, consider increasing your bidding, as your ad positioning will depend on the bid amount- higher bids generally lead to better positions. Additionally, you can leverage the placement bidding feature, starting with 100%, to ensure your ads appear in top placements, further boosting visibility and sales.
How to get access to brand ads and display self serve?
For display self-serve ads it’s active by default but for brand ads to be activated you will need to send an email to adsupport@noon.com sharing the details of your commercial / category account manager in noon.
