Customizing Your Ad Manager Experience

Changing the Country

To change the country, locate the country selector dropdown in the top-right corner of the page. Click on it and select your desired country (UAE, KSA, or Egypt). Once selected, the homepage will refresh to display data relevant to the chosen country. If you don’t see a specific country, such as KSA or Egypt, it means you do not have access to run ads in that country.

Changing the Language

To switch the interface language, click on the user profile dropdown in the top-right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select your preferred language, either English or Arabic. The Ad Manager interface will immediately switch to the selected language.

Viewing Your Partner ID and Switching Profiles (Projects)

Your noon Partner ID is the unique number associated with your profile. You can find this ID in the user profile dropdown, displayed next to the project name, prefixed by PRJ (e.g., PRJXXXX).

There, all your profiles will be displayed for you to navigate to other accounts by using the search tab in case you have other profiles. The “Manage” button allows you to edit or create a new profile.

About the Main Campaigns Dashboard

The Campaigns Dashboard allows you to launch new campaigns, monitor existing ones, and make edits like modifying the end date or budget and pausing or duplicating campaigns. The main dashboard displays performance metrics and two tabs at the bottom.

Total Campaigns Tab

The Total Campaigns tab is a detailed table that displays all your campaigns, including essential details like Ad Type, Budget, Status, and Performance metrics.

Performance Trend

Clicking on the Performance Trend tab next to it provides you with a dynamic graph for visualizing campaign performance over time.  You can select up to two metrics to compare simultaneously, with the graph using blue and green lines to represent the chosen data points. This setup helps you easily track and analyze trends for improved decision-making.

Note: The Ad Manager Dashboard updates hourly and displays today’s date by default. All metrics and data displayed on the dashboard, including those in the Total Campaigns tab and the Performance Trend graph, are shown based on the selected filters which can be adjusted based on the filtering options.

How to find your campaigns

To locate specific campaigns in the Campaigns Dashboard, you can utilize a variety of search, filtering, and sorting tools.

The search bar at the top allows you to quickly narrow down the list by typing all or part of a campaign’s name.

You can filter campaigns based on their status, ad type, and date range to refine your view.

To filter by status, click on the Status dropdown at the top of the campaign dashboard, and select one or multiple statuses such as Live, Draft, Paused, Scheduled, Budget Exhausted, Pending Approval, Payment Failed, QC Pending, or QC Rejected, and then click Apply

To filter by ad type, click on the Ad Type dropdown, choose between Product Ads, Brand Ads, or Display Ads to Apply to update the view.

If you need to filter by a specific time frame, use the Date Range selector, pick a predefined range or set custom dates using the calendar, and click Apply to see campaigns from the selected period.

Campaigns can be sorted in ascending or descending order of Performance metrics by clicking on column headers.
