Ad Manager allows you to change the language of the interface, the country of the account (if you run ads in multiple countries) and switch between accounts if you have multiple ones.
Changing the Country
To change the country, locate the country selector dropdown in the top-right corner of the page. Click on it and select your desired country (UAE, KSA, or Egypt). Once selected, the homepage will refresh to display data relevant to the chosen country. If you donโt see a specific country, such as KSA or Egypt, it means you do not have access to run ads in that country.
Changing the Language
To switch the interface language, click on the user profile dropdown in the top-right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select your preferred language, either English or Arabic. The Ad Manager interface will immediately switch to the selected language.
Viewing Your Partner ID and Switching Profiles
Your noon Partner ID is the unique number associated with your profile. You can find this ID in the user profile dropdown, displayed next to the project name prefixed by PRJ (e.g., PRJXXXX).
There, all your profiles will be displayed for you to navigate to other accounts by using the search tab in case you have other profiles.
The โManageโ button allows you to edit or create a new profile.
