What are Exclusive Brands?
You can create Brand Ads for SKUs of all brands, except exclusive brands. For these exclusive brands, you need to request access by providing proof of ownership.
How to Request Access to Advertise SKUs of Exclusive Brands?
Create a Brand Ads Campaign > Select a brand > Request Access
A pop-up will appear:
Confirm the brand name
Select your brand category
Upload the required documents proving brand ownership (PDF, maximum size 10 MB)
Click 'Request Access' to submit your request
You will see an "Access Requested" confirmation pop-up indicating your request will be processed within 5-10 business days; click on “Go to Settings” to track your request
How to Track Your Access Requests
Click on the gear icon in the left-hand side menu to access the Settings page
Under Exclusive Brand Access, you can view the status of your requests:
Pending Approval: Your request is under review
Approved: You now have access to create campaigns for this brand
Rejected: Your request was denied; check the provided reasons in the settings page and submit again if necessary

You can request access to exclusive brands through the settings page by clicking on the “Request Access” button, and then following the same steps as above
You can cancel your request at any time and submit a new document if needed
Approval and Next Steps
You'll receive email notifications updating you about your request status (approved or rejected)
After approval, you'll gain access to create Brand Ads campaigns for the approved brands

Ensure you provide accurate information and necessary documents promptly for quick approval
Check your email regularly for status updates and instructions
Requests for access to exclusive brands may take 5-10 business days to receive a response. Access is provided on a case-by-case basis, and approval depends on various factors, including but not limited to brand ownership, seller rating, SKU quality, etc. noon reserves the right to grant or revoke advertising access for exclusive brands at any time.
