We have added access control on Ad Manager, and you can now choose among the user roles provided below to give your team members the relevant access and control it from Ad Manager.
Manage user roles and permissions
Use Access Control to manage who can access Ad Manager and the actions they can perform. Assign predefined roles to team members based on their responsibilities, such as creating campaigns, managing wallets, viewing reports, or administering account access.

Sign in to Ad Manager
Open the Access Control tab
View existing users and their assigned roles
Select Add User to grant access to a new team member, or edit an existing user's role
User roles
Ad Manager includes the following predefined user roles.
Role | Description |
Advertising Owner | Full administrative access to Ad Manager, including campaign management, billing, wallets, settings, user management, collaborator management, and account creation |
Advertising Finance Manager | Designed for finance teams that need access to advertising spend, billing, and wallet management without campaign editing |
Product Ads Viewer | Can view Product Ads campaigns and related account information. |
Product Ads Editor | Can create, edit, and manage Product Ads campaigns |
Brand Ads Viewer | Can view Brand Ads campaigns and related account information. |
Brand Ads Editor | Can create, edit, and manage Brand Ads campaigns |
Display Ads Viewer | Can view Display Ads campaigns and related account information |
Display Ads Editor | Can create, edit, and manage Display Ads campaigns |

Troubleshooting
If a user cannot access Ad Manager after being assigned a role:
Verify that the user has one of the user roles
Ensure that the user has signed in after the role was assigned
Confirm that the user is signing in with the same email address that has access to the partner project
Notes:
Some of the noon partners platform roles also have access to Ad Manager:
- Project Viewers have view access to Ad Manager
- Organisation Owner, Project Owner, and Project Admin have full access to Ad Manager (i.e. all permissions that an Advertising Owner has)
Managed Display Ads can only be created and edited by noon
