Ad Manager allows you to adjust your profile settings, including changing the country of the account (if you run ads in multiple countries) and the language of the interface, as well as switching between accounts if you have multiple ones.
How to Change the Country of the Account
To change the country, locate the country selector dropdown in the top-right corner of the page. Click on it and select your desired country (UAE, KSA, or Egypt). Once selected, the homepage will refresh to display data relevant to the chosen country. If you don’t see a specific country, such as KSA or Egypt, it means you do not have access to run ads in that country.
How to Change the Language of the Interface
To switch the interface language, click on the user profile dropdown in the top-right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, select your preferred language, either English or Arabic. The Ad Manager interface will immediately switch to the selected language.
How to Switch Between Profiles
Your noon Partner ID is the unique number associated with your profile. You can find this ID in the user profile dropdown, displayed next to the project name prefixed by PRJ (e.g., PRJXXXX).
There, all your profiles will be displayed for you to navigate to other accounts in case you have other profiles.
Note: Use the search bar to quickly find the account you're looking for.
The “Manage” button allows you to edit or create a new profile.
