To ensure a quality experience for our advertisers and customers, advertised SKUs should comply with certain policies. SKUs that do not follow these policies will be banned from advertising. Below is a clear breakdown of why an SKU might be banned and how to unban it.
Reasons for a SKU Ban
High Item Defect Rate: Your product may have multiple quality issues leading to high return rates, poor ratings, etc
Low Fulfilment Compliance Rate: Your product may have shipping or delivery challenges
Warehouse Compliance Issues: The warehouse handling your product may have compliance or quality issues
Product Listing Violations: This includes counterfeit items and products in restricted categories or listings using banned keywords (see the Quality Control Policy and Prohibited Items Guidelines for full details)
