What Are Campaign Dashboards

Updated over a week ago

In this article, we will walk you through the dashboards of all three self-serve ad solutions to help you understand how to navigate each one seamlessly.

To access a specific campaign dashboard, locate the campaign, then click on the name of that campaign in the campaign dashboard. Learn more about Navigating Ad Manager.

Note: All data associated with metrics in specific campaign dashboards appears as per the filtered date range selected by you and updates hourly.

At the very top of the dashboards, you’ll see the Campaign Summary Header. This part shows important campaign details like the ad type, campaign name, status, start date, top-placement bid* and daily budget. There’s also a date range selector that lets you choose a time period to see performance data for that specific range. Additionally, you’ll find buttons to edit the campaign, pause or resume it, duplicate it, and show or hide chart performance trend*, so you can quickly make changes without going to another page.

Notes

  • Top placement bidding is only available for product ads

  • The performance trend section can be toggled off by clicking on the eye icon

Product Ads Campaign Dashboard

The Dashboard for a Product Ads Campaign in the Ad Manager provides you with a comprehensive platform to manage and optimize your campaigns.

Performance Metrics

Just below the summary header, the dashboard presents a series of performance metrics displayed as individual tiles. These Performance Metrics include metrics like spend, revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), number of orders, click-through rate (CTR), views, clicks, and add-to-carts (ATC), and cost-per-click (CPC) Each tile highlights the current value of the metric along with a trend indicator to show how it has changed over the selected date range. This layout makes it easy to quickly assess how the campaign is performing across multiple dimensions.

Performance Trend

The dashboard also features a performance trend chart that visually tracks daily fluctuations over the selected date range. This graph allows you to toggle between different metrics—such as spends, revenue, ROAS, CTR, views, orders, clicks, and ATC—to observe trends and spikes over time. It’s a helpful visual representation that supports quick pattern recognition and decision-making, especially when trying to understand the relationship between different performance indicators.

Note: Clicking on the metrics allows you to toggle them on or off.

Note: Clicking on the eye icon allows you to toggle the performance trend section on or off.

Detailed Performance Breakdown

Below the performance metrics, you can explore a detailed performance breakdown, which includes tabs such as Products, Placements, Targets, and Customer Queries. These tabs offer deeper insights into campaign-level and SKU-level performance.

Products Tab:

Lists all SKUs included in the campaign, providing metrics like Views, Clicks, CTR, Spends, Revenue, and ROAS. This helps you assess the individual performance of products within their campaigns.

Clicking on each SKU shows the performance metrics data of all keywords and categories associated with it in that campaign and clicking on the button near the SKU allows you to copy it.

Placements Tab

Displays performance metrics for various ad placements, including Top of Search, Rest of Search, Product Page and Category Page. Metrics such as Views, Clicks, Spends, Revenue and ROAS allow you to identify which placements deliver the best results and edit bids for top-of-search placement.

Targets Tab:

Combines targets ( keywords and categories) into a single view, allowing you to manage all targeting elements efficiently.

A filter enables you to switch between Keywords and Categories, helping you analyze different types of targets. You can review match types (Phrase, Exact), Bids, Views, Clicks, CTR, Spends, Revenue, and ROAS for each target.

Clicking on the plus icon next to a target lets you see performance metrics for all SKUs associated with that target, giving you deeper insights into how different targets contribute to advertised product performance offers detailed insights into keyword performance, including match types ( Phrase or Exact), Bid, Recommended Bid, SOI, Orders, Spends, Revenue ROAS, Views, ATC, Views, Clicks, CTR.

Customer Queries Tab

This tab shows the actual search terms or categories customers input or browse that lead them to see your ad, helping you understand what drives performance. You no longer need to export reports to discover these insights. The top search terms are shown directly in the dashboard, which makes keyword discovery faster and easier. You can still export the data if needed for further analysis.

Brand Ads Campaign Dashboard

The Dashboard for a Brand Ads Campaign shares many features with the Product Ads Campaign Dashboard. At the top, key performance metrics are displayed, providing you with an overview of your campaign performance. You can also re-launch paused campaigns, pause live ones and edit or duplicate campaigns directly from this interface.

Below the performance metrics, the dashboard includes the Performance Tab, which provides access to subtabs in addition to the performance trend. However, unlike Product Ads, Brand Ads do not feature a placement tab.

The dashboard includes an additional section that provides a detailed overview of branding elements specific to the campaign. This includes the brand name in both English and Arabic, brand logo in both languages, store link, banner details for desktop and mobile (whether uploaded or missing) and headline text in both English and Arabic.

Display Ads Campaign Dashboard

The Dashboard for Display Ads in the Ad Manager is designed to provide you with key performance insights and essential campaign details. At the top are the Performance Metrics. Unlike Product Ads or Brand Ads, the Display Ads Campaign Dashboard is simplified and does not feature a performance trend section.

The Creative Banners Tab shows the visuals used in your campaign. It separates banners by language, displaying English and Arabic creatives in different sections. In this example, only the English banner is uploaded, while the Arabic creative is still missing. There is also a toggle that lets you view how the banners look on mobile or desktop devices.

Performance reports are available for each campaign type. We highly recommend that you download them every month to accumulate valuable insights about your campaign performance.
