Order Flow Guide

Note: Order/Wallet flow is available for retail partners

Wallets are containers for your campaigns. Campaigns will only serve while the wallet has an available balance. Add balance by topping up your wallet with purchase orders. Existing orders have been migrated into wallets.

Note: PO refers to any relevant payment document (PO, CN, Agreement, etc.)

Here’s the new Order/Wallet Flow Process:

  1. Sign in to Ad Manager

2. Click on Wallets from the left navigation menu

3. Click on Create Wallet

Creating Your Wallet

  1. Enter a Wallet Name for your reference

2. Fill in the Order Details to create an order:

  • Order Name: Enter a name for your internal reference

  • Invoice Code: Enter the reference number that will appear on your invoice

This may include:

Payment Method

What to Enter

Prepaid transfer

Transaction reference number

Credit note

Credit note number

Agreement or manual credit

Enter NA

Note: The invoice code will appear on your invoice for tracking purposes.

  • Budget: Enter the budget amount specified in your PO

  • Start Date and End Date: Select the period during which the budget will be available

Note: If no end date is selected, the budget will remain available until fully used.

  • PO Document: Upload your Purchase Order or supporting document in PDF, PNG, or JPG

Note: PO refers to any relevant payment document (PO, CN, Agreement, etc.)

3. Click Create Wallet

Note: Your order status will appear as Pending Approval while we review your order

Once approved:

  • The order status changes to Active

  • Your wallet balance increases

  • Your campaigns can begin or continue serving

Note: If the order is rejected, you can review and submit a new order.

Viewing Wallet and Order Details

To monitor your wallet:

  1. From the Wallets Page, click on the name of the wallet that you want to monitor

There, you can view your wallet and order details

  • Wallet-level Performance Metrics (Views, Clicks, Orders, ATC, Spends, Revenue, CTR, and ROAS)

  • Orders Details (Number of Orders, Order Name, Invoice Code, PO Doc, Budget, Spends, Start Date, End Date, and Status)

  • All metrics are shown as per the filtered date range

Note: If no end date is selected, the budget will remain available until fully used.

Order Status Definitions

Status

Description

Pending Approval

The order is under review

Active

The order is approved and active

Rejected

The order was not approved

Exhausted

The budget has been fully used

Expired

The order has reached its end date

Editing an Order

To edit an order:

  1. Click the pencil icon in the edit column of the order that you want to edit

2. Update the details, then click save

Note: You can edit an order while it is pending approval.

Adding Campaigns to Your Wallet

Once your wallet has an active order and an available balance:

  1. Click on Add Campaigns

2. Select the Campaign you want to create, then click Continue

3. Complete campaign set up and click Launch Campaign

Notes:

  • Campaigns will use the available balance in your wallet.

  • Campaigns will continue serving as long as your wallet has sufficient budget

  • Campaigns’ wallet can also be selected from the creation screen

Viewing Campaign Details

There, you can also see Campaign details (number of campaigns, campaign name, start date, end date, ad type, budget, views, CTR, Spends, ROAS, and Revenue) and Edit Campaigns

Note: Performance metrics appear as per the selected date range.

Topping Up Your Wallet By Creating an Order

To add a budget to your Wallet:

  1. Click on Top Up Wallet

2. Enter the order details; then, click on Submit for Approval

Note: Wallets can also be topped up directly from the Wallets Page

Once approved, the additional budget will be added to your wallet. Your campaigns will automatically continue using the updated balance.
