To edit your campaigns, use the search bar or filters to locate the desired campaign on Ad Manager. Learn more about locating campaigns.
Editable fields are marked with a pencil icon in the total campaigns table, allowing you to make changes directly.
Changing the Campaign End Date
To modify a campaign’s End Date, click the pencil icon in the corresponding column and deselect the “No end date” checkbox if it is preselected.
Click on the date range, select a new date from the calendar dropdown, or manually enter one to change the campaign’s duration.
Then press “Update”.Once you have pressed the update button, the campaign will continue running until the selected date or until it is manually paused. Learn more about the campaign end date.
Changing Campaign Budgets
To change a campaign’s budget, click the pencil icon in the Budget column of the campaign you want to edit. This will open a pop-up where you can enter the new budget value. Click “Update” to save the changes.
Note: If you want to increase your budget, the change will take effect immediately, allowing you to quickly scale your campaigns. However, if you decide to decrease it, note that it will take up to 24 hours to reflect.
Bulk Budget Adjustments
If you need to adjust multiple campaign budgets at once, use the Bulk Adjust Budgets feature.
Select the campaigns using the checkboxes > click "Adjust Budget" > choose whether to increase or decrease budgets by a percentage or fixed amount or set a new budget value for all selected campaigns.
After entering the adjustment, click “Apply” to confirm the changes.
How to Edit Other Campaign Settings
Other settings can be edited by clicking on the campaign name to access its dashboard.
How to Activate or Deactivate Advertised SKUs in a Campaign
Switch the Active toggles of the SKUs you want to activate or deactivate on or off, respectively.
How to Edit Top-of-Search Placement Bid
Click on the Placements tab
Click on the pencil icon in the Bid Adjustment column of the Top-of-Search placement.
Enter the percentage you want to adjust the bid by, then click “Update”.
How to Edit Targets
Simply click on the targets tab.
How to Activate/Deactivate Targets
Switch the Active toggles of the targets you want to activate or deactivate on or off respectively.

Click the pencil icon in the Bids column next to the target.
Enter the updated bid amount and click “Update”.
How to Apply the Recommended Bid for a Target
Click on the Apply button in the recommended bid column of the target’s row.
How to Adjust Bids of Multiple Selected Targets
If you want to apply bid adjustments to multiple targets at once,select the targets using the checkboxes, then click "Adjust Bids”.
How to Set Recommended Bids to Multiple Selected Targets
Click on “Apply”.
How to Change Bids of Multiple Targets
Select “Change your bids”.
Click on the drop-down.
Select between increasing or decreasing the bid by a percentage or amount, or setting it to a desired amount > Enter the corresponding value in the input field > Click “Apply”.
How to Add Products to a Campaign
Click on “Edit Campaign”.
Then, click on Product Selection.
Click the plus icon to the right of the products in the list to add them to your campaign, or search for products by SKU or name.
Products can also be removed from a campaign by clicking on the minus icon to the right of the Advertised SKUs. Learn more about selecting the right SKUs to advertise
How to Add Targets to Your Campaign
Click on Targeting.
Click on “Exact” and/or “Phrase” to add new targets from the list.
How to Pause a Campaign
You can pause a campaign in three ways.
The first method is using the Active Toggle in the Active column, switching it from On to Off to pause the campaign.
Alternatively, you can click the three-dot Actions Menu next to the campaign and select Pause. This will immediately stop ad delivery and spending.
Thirdly, you can click on the name of the campaign in the campaigns table, and then click on the pause button in the right-hand corner of the dashboard of that specific campaign. Learn more about campaign dashboards.
How to Archive a Campaign
To Archive a campaign, locate it in your campaign list, click the three-dot Actions Menu, and select Archive.
If you archive a campaign, all parameters associated with that campaign (i.e. the SKUs, keywords, and categories) will automatically be archived. Archived campaigns cannot be enabled or duplicated, but remain available in Ad Manager for future reference. If you want to duplicate the archived campaign, you will need to create a new campaign or duplicate a live or paused campaign. We recommend pausing a campaign instead of archiving it if you plan on using it again.
How to Duplicate a Campaign
To duplicate a campaign, locate it in your campaign list, click the three-dot Actions Menu, and select “Duplicate”.
You can also duplicate it by clicking on its name and then clicking on the duplicate button in the specific campaign dashboard. Learn more about campaign dashboards.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, displaying details such as the campaign name, budget, marketplace, start date, and end date. After reviewing the information, click “Confirm”, and the duplicated campaign will be added to your Total Campaigns list.
