What is the Seller Accelerator Program?

The noon ads Seller Accelerator Program is a phased incentive program designed to help sellers activate, scale, and sustain their advertising on noon through starter ad credits and cashback rewards based on actual ad spend.

Who can participate in the program?

The program is open to:

Sellers who launch their first self-serve ad campaign on or after January 5, 2026
Sellers who have advertised on noon in 2025 but were inactive in Q4 2025

Do I need to register?

No registration is required. Eligible sellers are automatically enrolled.

How is the program structured?

Phase 1: Activation

Eligible sellers receive 500 local currency ad credits to activate their advertising.

To progress to Phase 2, the full amount of credits must be used within 30 days from first ad spend.

Phase 2: Scale

After completing Phase 1, sellers can earn 100% cashback on net ad spend, capped at $1,000 in ad credits within 60 days from Phase 1’s competition.

When will I receive cashback credits?

Cashback credits are issued after qualification in Phase 2 and are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Do credits expire?

Credits are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance, subject to terms and conditions*

Where can I use the awarded credits?

Credits are awarded per ad eligible ad solution and can be used across all noon ads self-serve solutions, including Product Ads, Brand Ads, and Display Ads, depending on eligibility

Will I be charged if I spend more than the awarded credits?

Yes. Any spend beyond your credited amount will be charged normally. Ads served before credits are applied will also be billed.

Where can I see my ad credits amount?

Is training available during the program?

Yes. Dedicated training sessions will be available for new and returning sellers on how to create and optimize Product Ads, Brand Ads, and Display Ads. Click here to register.
